Points positifs : Appartement très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et très bien situé. L'accueil réalisé par Cocoonr a été très chaleureux, la présentation et les consignes liées à la location étaient claires et bien expliquées.

Points négatifs : Cependant, il présente un défaut important dans le fonctionnement du chauffage. En effet, la chaudière se déclenche de manière répétitive, parfois intempestive et le bruit de la circulation d'eau dans les radiateurs est conséquent et fort désagréable, surtout de nuit (les radiateurs n'ont peut-être pas été purgés ?). Tout cela pour un résultat de chauffe dérisoire puisque la température de l'appartement est restée limite tout notre séjour.

Nous avons adoré Nantes et cet appartement très confortable.

Points positifs : Le logement était propre, lumineux, confortable, spacieux et décoré avec goût. La cuisine et la salle de bain étaient bien équipées (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, sèche-linge). Le WC est séparé de la salle de bain. Les chambres et le séjour disposaient, chacun, d'un ventilateur. L'appartement disposait d'un espace extérieur, d'un garage, d'un ascenseur et de nombreux rangements.

Points négatifs : Ce sont deux détails au regard de tous les points positifs : Depuis la chambre des enfants, on entendait vraisemblablement assez fort les voisins, ce qui n'était pas le cas depuis la chambre parentale. Les chaises de la salle à manger sont assez inconfortables.

Très tranquille et confortable, non loin de toutes les commodités

Points positifs : Appartement situé dans un quartier très calme et accessible pas loin du centre de Nantes. Le logement est spacieux, avec un plan très original et pratique, un balcon, une pleine fenêtre et un aménagement intérieur au top !

Points négatifs : La chaudière est un peu bruyante, notamment en ce moment où il faut chauffer régulièrement l’appartement.

Certainement le meilleur appartement à un tel rapport/prix, plus que génial

Points positifs : -Place de parking privé en sous-sol -Logement situé de 15 à 20 min à pied du centre-ville (vraiment super pratique) -Appartement propre et rangé -Très bien équipé -Personnel agréable -Logement super espacieux!! -Carrefour market et boulangerie aux alentours

Points négatifs : On ne capte pas très bien les réseaux, wifi un peu faible

Lovely apartment

Points positifs : The location was perfect for our family. Walking distance to metro station Chantier Naval and then 3 stops to city center. The boulangerie across the road was very good. The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped. The apartment was clean.

Points négatifs : The single beds were not very comfortable for teenagers and tend to move around because they are very light. All the pillows were too soft and low. A few of the furnishings could do with an upgrade

A perfect apartment for exploring a wonderful city!

Points positifs : The apartment was modern and well equipped - everything we could have wanted was there. I thought the fans in each room were a nice touch and were particularly helpful on the warm nights. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony while we had our morning croissants and baguette, which we purchased from the wonderful boulangerie just opposite. There's also a lovely bar/cafe where you can enjoy some great tapas while sat on their terrace. Even though the apartment is outside of the city centre, it's only a short bus or tram-ride away, or a 20 minute walk. We really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was.

Points négatifs : There were no instructions in english on how to operate any of the appliances ie, washing machine , tumble dryer, dish washer cooker etc.

Fabulous stay in an interesting city

Points positifs : Lovely apartment, in a central yet quiet location. It had all the facilities we needed. Perfect for a family of four. Loved the bakers opposite too for those morning croissants.

Points négatifs : No negative comments.
