Points positifs : Très bel appartement, bien agencé et bien décoré. Idéal pour visiter Nantes.
Points négatifs : Peut être serait il utile de mettre des rideaux occultants dans le séjour.

Nantes est une très belle ville agréable à visiter. Cet appartement est proche de tout.
Points positifs : Très bien situé - agréable (déco, coloris) - bonne literie - propre - proche de toutes commodités (carrefour market, boulangerie, bus, tram....).
Points négatifs : lampe de cuisine beaucoup trop faible - mitigeur cuisine capricieux - appartement mal insonorisé, on entendait les voisins qui étaient toutefois discrets.

Nous recommandons cet appartement au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur, idéal pour 2 ou 3 personnes.
Points positifs : Appartement très mignon, bien agencé et bien équipé ,décor raffiné, très bien placé ( proche du centre ville en voiture ). Places de parking payant dans la rue . Boulangerie et supermarché à proximité. Accueil chaleureux par une personne de l’agence.
Points négatifs : Quelques points seraient cependant à améliorer : rideaux du séjour pas assez occultants lorsque quelqu’un dort sur le canapé et ventilation de la salle de bains insuffisante.

Charmant appartement décoré avec soin et lumineux.
Points positifs : Très joli appartement coquet et ensoleillé, dans un quartier calme, avec des commerces et lignes de bus à 5mn.
Points négatifs : Le mur de la chambre mitoyen avec un autre appartement mériterait d’être insonorisé. Un lave vaisselle serait bien pratique.

Excellent property, great location. Would highly recommend.
Points positifs : The property was a good size, expected smaller. Lovely kitchen, dining area and lounge. Beautiful bedroom and great shower room. Location was around 20 mins from the centre by foot. There was a fantastic bakery on the corner of the road for fresh breakfast pastries.

Lovely flat in Nantes for a visit to see the Elephant
Points positifs : Met us at the site and explained the dropoff of the keys, plus the different features. Really good location and close to all conveniences, and an easy walk to the centre of town, museums, parks and the Machines d l'ile. The beds (sofa and regular) were both very comfortable and it was a pleasant area - quiet. Good kitchen, although we only ate breakfast there. Tidy place. Plus, the locals were friendly.
Points négatifs : The tv instructions were unclear despite being on the website accessed through a QR code. For example, using the Thompson remote. Which one was that? There were two remotes and neither seemed to have labels. We didn't wind up using the TV, as it was too much fuss. The bathroom seems very poorly ventilated (no fan) and gets damp easily. Also, the shower was very slow to drain and we tried to keep it from spilling over by the end of the stay. They have to fix that.

Points positifs : Very spacious, and clean. Helene was lovely and waited for us to arrive.
Points négatifs : It is on the 3rd floor and has no lift so be mindful of that. We are 2 fit individuals on a cycling holiday and we found it tiring to walk them! 🤣

Nice but small apartment
Points positifs : The apartment is located in a very nice area. The kitchen is well equipped, even with olive oil, salt and sugar, but no corkscrew.
Points négatifs : Very small for 4 people. Saniflo toilet is very loud and everyone in the house knows that you are using the toilet. In the bathroom, there is no ventilation, so a wet towel does not dry there and the smell from the toilet only comes out into the room through the open door.
