La qualité d'une chambre d'hôtes.
Points positifs : L'appartement de Cécile est propre, calme et lumineux et très bien situé, dans une résidence en retrait d'une impasse et assez proche de la gare : il suffit de traverser l'agréable jardin des plantes. La procédure d'arrivée est simple et la communication avec Cécile, fluide et agréable. La chambre est très bien placée dans l'appartement et la douche spacieuse. Last, but not least : la literie est d'excellente qualité, avec un matelas ferme et bien épais.
Points négatifs : Absolument rien ne m'a déplu ni posé problème.

Très bon séjour dans ce lieu confortable et bien aménagé.
Points positifs : Charmant appartement, lumineux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Nantes à pied. Si besoin, je reviendrai pour une prochaine expo.

Agréable séjour à la fois riche culturellement et reposant.
Points positifs : Séjour très agréable avec une hôte discrète et à l’écoute. L’appartement est comme sur les photos confortable , joliment décoré et très propre. C’est calme et au cœur de cette belle ville de Nantes.

Lumière, gentillesse, petit nid douillet et situation géographique au top; je recommande !
Points positifs : Chambre Cosy et bien décorée, on s’y sent très bien. Appartement agréable, bonne literie. C’est propre et calme. Très bien situé proche de la gare 5-10 min à pied et du vieux centre ville. L’hôte est très gentille et discrète, elle fera tout pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement calme, bien situé, spacieux, lumineux et joliment décoré.
Points positifs : L'emplacement et la décoration de l'appartement, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de Cécile, la facilité pour avoir les clefs. La chambre a sa propre salle de bains, tout est impeccable. Les espaces sont lumineux. La cuisine est bien équipée.
Points négatifs : Tout est bien.

Points positifs : L'accueil a connu quelques inattendus,mais surtout de belles surprises, grâce à notre hôte. Sinon, le logement est très bien placé et très calme. Nous y retournerons un prochain voyage à Nantes, sans hésitation aucune.

Great stay! Excellent location, very clean room, nice kitchen, and a quiet neighbourhood.
Points positifs : I had the pleasure of staying at Chambre chez l'habitant – Arty & Élégante – SDB privée, and it was a wonderful experience. Firstly, the host, Cécile, was extremely helpful. I arrived in Nantes earlier than the check‑in time, and she kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and even provided the keys straight away. Secondly, the location is very convenient — within easy walking distance of the city centre. Thirdly, the room was spotless, the kitchen was lovely, and the neighbourhood was very quiet (I stayed over a weekend). I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nantes.

Nice place to stay in Nantes
Points positifs : My stay was delightful in every way! The apartment charmed me with its French elegance—spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond. Shared spaces were comfortable, immaculate, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a prime spot in central Nantes.
