Points positifs : Tout était parfait, il nous manquait seulement un petit miroir supplémentaire dans chaque chambre. Mais nous avions un miroir dans les WC, un dans le couloir de l'étage et un dans la salle de bain. Merci de votre accueil. A une prochaine fois.

Points négatifs : Le seul inconvénient de l'appartement est le bruit du trame si on veut faire des grâce matinée, mis c'est aussi un grand atout de cet appartement qui permet ainsi une grande mobilité à travers la ville.

Points positifs : Les équipements la propreté la décoration soignée la literie

Points négatifs : Rien, si ce n’est le bruit du tram tout proche , à cause duquel il est difficile de pouvoir dormir la fenêtre ouverte lorsqu’il fait très chaud.

Points positifs : Very clean quiet apartment. Beds were very comfortable. Location was good. Tram service directly outside with only a few minute ride into the centre. Entry into the apartment was very easy. Lift is good especially when have alot of luggage.

Enjoyable accommodation.

Points positifs : We have enjoyed to stay this accommodation for 3 nights so much and loved it! Everything in the house so no worried anything. Easy to use TV, washing machines, dryer, kitchen appliances etc. Quiet around the house. Close to the tram station, walking distance to the middle size of the super market ( and there is a station just in front of the super market, you can return with stuff by tram, just get off next station is the accommodation) and the marché. When I went to the local marche, got on a tram, just a couple of the stations and got local fresh vegetables, fruits, croissant, crepe, local cheeses etc. I could keep them in the fridge. Easy to go to the town as well. We felt that our stay was like our home! Highly recommend this accommodation.

Points négatifs : A bit of need a practice to open/close the main door but it’s not a big deal. We got used to it.

Perfect family stay in Nantes

Points positifs : The apartment is in a superb location, just 5 tram stops away from the center of Nantes on tram line 3. The apartment is nice and spacious and was very comfortable for a family of four. We felt like we were living as locals. Key collection was easy and the apartment has everything a family needs. We loved our week in Nantes and the apartment was perfect.

Points négatifs : For the reasonable price, there was nothing to dislike

Points positifs : The very warm welcome of Florence who gave us a hand to get started with our holidays in Nantes. She was very helpful and offered good tips.

Een heel aangenaam ingericht, ruim, proper, goed uitgerust en lichtrijk appartement

Points positifs : Het appartement is aangenaam ingericht, heeft veel licht, heeft grote kamers, een goed uitgeruste keuken, een goed uitgeruste badkamer, een apart toilet, twee balkonnen. Het bevindt zich bij een goed bediende tramhalte.

Points négatifs : Tijdens ons verblijf van een week was het dagelijks boven 30°C. In één slaapkamer was er een ventilator. Best om ook op de andere slaapkamer een ventilator te hebben. Of om in de toekomst een warmtepomp te hebben om af te koelen. Handig zou zijn om een nieuwe decodeur te hebben met een navigator (zodat je kan browsen op internet op het tv-scherm).
