Points positifs : Bertrand was a super host. Went out of his way to help me when I went to the wrong address from the airport. He then met me on arrival with the keys and showed me the apt. It was spotless, spacious, with comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen + bathroom. Also close to the train station. I highly recommend this accommodation. Also I appreciated the snacks on arrival: water, biscuits, jams, sweets. A nice touch.

Points positifs : Bertrand was exceptional. He was pleasant and helpful and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed in a great location. Quiet but near to everything we wanted to see and do.

Wonderful experience

Points positifs : Quietly located and pleasantly modernly furnished apartment on the edge of the center below the castle (a 10-minute walk). Bus stop with connections to the tram network, airport bus, supermarket, restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes away. The host is super friendly, communication perfect, and he also speaks English. Otherwise, the apartment is well-equipped, so you can easily cater for yourself even for longer stays. Also worth mentioning is the immediate surroundings, a headland where the Erdre River flows into a tributary of the Loire. Everything here has been newly designed – benches, trees, several bar boats, and an older cultural center, perfect for an evening stroll. I enjoyed my stay!

Points positifs : Amazing location, a short walk from the city center and the main transport hubs. Great studio, renovated and perfectly equiped for a short 2-3 nights stay like ours. Bertrand was an amazing host, fully acomodating our check-in and check-out times, leaving some complementary treats on our arrival (coffee, cookies, water, juice) and giving us some tips off bookshops and other places to visit in the city.
