Lovely apartment in a perfect location.
Points positifs : Perfect location, great facilities, modern and comfortable.
Points négatifs : The stairs were a lot but our kids made a great game out of it. In reality it was fine.

Very pleasant stay in the historic heart of Nantes.
Points positifs : The property is very conveniently located at the heart of the ile Feydeau district, on a street lined with bars and restaurants. The furnishings were stylish and the kitchen well equipped, including basic condiments and spices. Having read previous reviews, we booked this property in the knowledge that it is situated on the top floor of an eighteenth-century building with no lift, includes a few unusually low doors, a smell of sewers in the bathroom, and that the street is busy at night time, which is only a problem if you keep the windows open. There are several bakeries and a Carrefour supermarket very close by - most attractions and the railway station are 10-15 minutes on foot.
Points négatifs : There was a slight misunderstanding at the moment of check-in. The agent who greeted us mentioned that we would be able to leave our luggage at the Cocoonr agency (which manages this property) after checking out on the final day. The agency staff were, however, very surprised to hear this as this is not their policy, but agreed to store them exceptionally. The prices for the recommended Nannybag luggage storage service are quite high (6.50 € per item), but vary across different locations in Nantes.

A very nice short stay!
Points positifs : Very good kitchen! Comfy beds. Renovated bathroom. Cute decor. Overall a comfy stay.
Points négatifs : The location was great but very loud with the surrounding bars. It is good for a short stay but not having normal windows and very short ceilings can be tiring after a while.

Bonito apartamento
Points positifs : La ubicación es buena y céntrica. El apartamento muy bien provisto y la decoración muy bonita.
Points négatifs : Hay que subir bastantes escaleras y al ser abuhardillado por la noche hace calor. En un tramo de la escalera no encontramos luz suficiente.

Muy buena ubicación
Points positifs : Es amplio, la decoración preciosa, estaba muy bien surtido, no le faltaba detalle, el mobiliario nuevo y la ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad. La atención del personal a la llegada impecable, me ayudó a subir la maleta, nos dio mucha información sobre la ciudad, fue muy atenta.
Points négatifs : Tener que subir escaleras hasta una tercera planta. En el baño había un olor desagradable.

Points positifs : 部屋の広さ、快適さ、設備の充実度が最高でした。 写真通りの部屋でした。 スタッフも柔軟に対応してくれる優しい方でした。
Points négatifs : 夏場は空調設備が扇風機しかなく、 ヨーロッパ特有の問題に直面した感はありました。 窓を開けて対応できないわけではありませんが、少し暑かったです。

Een fijne ontdekking van Nantes.
Points positifs : De locatie en de inrichting van het appartement. Heel toffe inrichting met ruime slaapkamers.
Points négatifs : De geur van de riolering in de badkamer! Bij aankomst en tijdens het ontvangst roken we niets maar later op de avond wel. Die geur bleef hangen, zolang we het raam niet openden en dat kon niet door de regen. Uiteraard sloten we de ramen ook telkens wij vertrokken op uitstap of 's nachts om te slapen. Dan stonk het appartement bij terugkomst of bij het opstaan 's morgens. Hier moet zeker een oplossing voor gezocht worden, die geur was uiterst onaangenaam.
