Idéalement situé, impeccable, pratique.
Points positifs : - l'emplacement : à 2 pas de la nef des Machines de l'Île, des ponts pour aller dans Nantes centre. A pied ou à velo, c'est top. - l'appartement est pratique, grand pour 2 et impeccable (propreté, literie, confort) - la place de parking en sous-sol avec accès direct par ascenseur. - l'équipe de CocoonR est réactive, compréhensive et pro. Quand nous reviendrons à Nantes nous repasserons par CocoonR.
Points négatifs : Rien à redire. Parfait. Seul bémol, avoir dû partir plus tôt pour raison familiale, nous remercions CocoonR pour leur compréhension et leur réactivité.

Logement propre, bien situé et agréable
Points positifs : Logement très central, sur l'ile de Nantes, facile d'accès. Les échanges avec les proprios se sont bien passés. L'appartement est très propre, et bien équipé.

Excellent host service, amazing accommodation and fabulous location! Book with confidence!
Points positifs : The service of the host was exceptional, the apartament was clean, bright and welcoming, the view and the location whitin the town centre was excellent, The apartment is suitable for up to a family with 2 small children as it has all the facilities and it is 5 minutes walk from Les Machine de L'ile (which is the reason why we came to Nantes on our way back home). I cannot recommend it enough, so please book with confidence!
Points négatifs : The sofa bed in the lounge is the only reason why the rating of the property is not 100% excellent. The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable when opened, can only accommodate a small person and used as folded.

Hat die Erwartungen erfüllt - wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen
Points positifs : Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt - wir waren 9 Tage da - gut ausgestattet, groß genug und gemütlich. Wir fanden es auch schön, einen Balkon zu haben. Wir wollten eine zentrale Wohnung mit Parkplatz und dafür ist die Lage auf der Ile de Nantes perfekt. Wir würden, wenn wir wieder in Nantes sind, dort wieder buchen.
Points négatifs : Der Schlüsselsafe ist auf der anderen Loire-Seite. Da die Brücke für Autos in eine Richtung gesperrt ist, wäre das ein großer Umweg. Wir haben das Auto in Wohnungsnähe geparkt und die Schlüssel zu Fuß abgeholt. Zurück dann das Gleiche Die Wohnung wirkte erstmal sauber, allerdings waren unterm Bett mehrere Zentimeter Staub und das Fenster im Schlafzimmer war sehr dreckig. Feedback haben wir entsprechend an die Agentur gegeben.

깨끗하고 편안한 숙소. 낭트 시내까지 도보로 편하게 다닐 수 있는 숙소.
Points positifs : 모든 시설이 완벽하고 잘 작동되었습니다. 낭트섬이지만 중심부와 가까운 위치로 다리만 건너가면 시내 다니기에 편했습니다. 다만 트램공사 때문에 자동차로 낭트섬을 들어오는 길이 제한적이라 먼 길을 돌아야 했습니다.
Points négatifs : 열쇠 인수 장소에서 도보로 10분도 않되는 거리를 자동차로 30분 정도 돌아 가야했습니다. 숙소에서 열쇠를 인수하도록 투숙객에게 추천하시기 바랍니다. 그리고 주창장 출입을 위한 리모콘을 열쇠와 함께 전달해 주시기를 건의합니다(다른 지역 숙소는 객실열쇠와 주차장 출입 리모콘을 함께 제공합니다). 체크인 때 주차장을 들어 가지 못하고 거리에 주차를 해야합니다. 체크인을 할 때는 객실 출입방법이 익숙하지 않기 때문에 많은 시간이 소요되는데 누군가가 객실까지 들어가서 리모콘을 가지고 나와야 주차장을 들어갈 수 있기 때문에 매우 불편합니다.

Un acierto total!
Points positifs : Todo perfecto! Limpieza, comodidad, garaje en el edificio, ubicación (a un paso de la isla de las máquinas, a un paso del centro y al lado de un punto de bicicletas municipales con las que nos movimos por la ciudad). Un acierto!!
