Points positifs : La disponibilité, l'aide de notre accueillante, Corinne : un grand merci La déco simple et de bon goût, qui nous fait nous sentir un peu comme à la maison L'emplacement, idéal pour profiter du centre ville
Points négatifs : La terrasse un peu bruyante en contrebas, très atténuée cependant, portes intérieures fermées

Convenience and peace of mind in a specious apartment at a great location
Points positifs : Great location. Spacious apartment. Well organized (towels, soaps, etc). Convenient parking.
Points négatifs : Pots for cooking too small for family meals.

Flat was delightful but administration needs to be ‘one point of contact’ so that the client does not need to be dealing
Points positifs : Whilst unprepossessing from the outside the flat itself was excellent with a functioning lift up to its 5th floor location. We were only a few steps from the pedestrianised centre of town The flat seemed as if it had been equipped by a person who had never actually lived there - ie availability of just enough of most things to get by.
Points négatifs : The problem with this property is that, as with an increasing number of Booking.Com apartments, it is run with a number of different hands at work. There may or may not be is an unseen owner. If so they pass the running of the apartment to a company called Cocoon who in its turn transfers the day to day client interfacing to another totally separate organisation which is responsible for key handover, providing instructions, cleaning etc. (To put it on the record Fatima, the employee of this latter organisation, went above and beyond in helping us when needed) On top of this there is the overarching role of Booking.Com who in this instance seems to simply act as a conduit for messages. So no great surprise that confusion existed about what time we were to arrive despite us having made this position clear on more than one occasion. The posted Booking. Com price for our stay was €436 but this rose to €524 when a service charge, €55 cleaning fee and the usual city tax were added. We stayed at 8 properties on this trip and this was the only one which had a separate cleaning fee. There is also the question of the rather draconian €400 deposit against breakages - not saying this is wrong but it is unusual in Booking. Com properties and something clients need to be ‘heads up’ about. I make no comment on the fact that we were at the wrong end of the exchange rate when our money was returned to us - no doubt others have benefited.
