Points positifs : Nous avons passé un excellent moment,bien situé, calme, grand choix de restaurants et déplacements ds la ville très aisés.

Points positifs : J’ai apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement, cosy, agréable, ensoleillé et très bien situé. On est à pied, ou en tramway, proche de beaucoup de sites à visiter. Une petite surprise nous attendait avec une ceinture massante, Très appréciable. Enfin, L’hôtesse est toujours disponible et réactive, par mail ou par téléphone.

Points négatifs : Si vôtre séjour est de courte durée et que vous mangez à l’extérieur, c’est super. En revanche, si votre séjour est plus long et que vous envisagez de manger dans l’appartement, il manque quelques ustensiles. L’entrée de l’appartement peut sembler peu rassurant, mais le voisinage est sympathique.

Points positifs : The rooms were full of character, with a warm, welcoming vibe. The kitchen was fully equipped — The location couldn’t be better: in the lively area filled with restaurants, shops, and nightlife — yet surprisingly quiet.

Points négatifs : the apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible only by a steep and winding staircase — something to consider if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. The toilet and shower are on the smaller side, and the upper floor (under the roof) has a sloped ceiling, which can feel a bit tight on one side.

Excellent budget accommodation on the heart of Nantes

Points positifs : The apartment was well maintained and had a very distinct character. It is close to the old town and public transport, we found just about everything we needed was within walking distance. For a small group of people it was ideal.

Points négatifs : We had no direct human contact with the property owners, everything was organised through booking.com messaging. It worked well and everything was dealt with but for someone looking to deal directly with people that might be an issue.

Points positifs : Due appartamenti indipendenti, quindi con due bagni e due camere in totale; autonomia nel fare il check-in e check-out; pulizia ottima;

Points négatifs : il secondo appartamento è una mansarda per cui in alcune zone è molto basso e scomodo; c'è stato un momento di confusione perché c'erano due locker vicini ma Elise è stata subito pronta ad aiutarci; puzza di fritto all'ingresso dello stabile;

Points positifs : La ubicación fantástica la entrada un poco extraña pero por allí es normal y el apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días .así es que en general bastante bien.

Points négatifs : El acceso al apartamento una tercera planta con difícil acceso
