L’appartement est vraiment Cozy!!

Points positifs : La deco est vraiment chouette, comme à la maison Tout est confortable : canapé, literie, salle bains… La cuisine est bien équipée Vraiment TOP! Emplacement parfait

Points positifs : Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Il est bien décoré et est chaleureux. A proximité du centre, idéal pour ne pas prendre la voiture.

Points négatifs : La couette est petite pour 2 personnes et il manque un ou deux oreillers.

Points positifs : L'emplacement est vraiment idéal très central. Apparemment bien équipé. Litterie confortable

Points positifs : L'emplacement central de l'appartement, son agencement et sa décoration. On se sent comme à la maison. Les chambres sont au calme et les lits sont confortables. Je recommande cet appartement.

Great location and good value for money

Points positifs : The location is great for visiting the city of Angers on foot. Free parking in a large carpark 5 minutes walk away across the river, and free street parking outside at certain times of day. Lots of space for 4 people. We did not cook, but there is a kitchen. Comfortable sofa, and decent TV. Bathroom is fine. Excellent value for money for a group of 4 people, and the host was super helpful with good communication and suggestions of places to go. Points négatifs : The apartment is above a pizza place. A loud fan (presumably from the pizza place) was running all night which was noisy, especially with the windows open (no air-con). The stairs are a bit rickety, and the lobby area a bit scruffy, as this is an old building. The stairs could be an issue for older travellers. The beds are very firm. The outside terrace area was not so clean, so we did not use it.

Would be perfect with a little more care.

Good size shower room If the bed linens were better it would get a 10 rating All.total a very nice apartment that just needs a little more care. .

Points négatifs : Found dirty cooking pan . Bed linen in front bedroom had 2 holes on.the sheet and the sheet did not fit the bed Pillows are hard foam not real comfy but personal.preference Not the owner's fault but the staircase motion sensor light did not stay on long enough to climb stairs so you need your phone flasihlight to see..Entry hall and stairs very dirty. BTW while there is not a pod style coffee machinr there is now a french press for coffee.
